Offsite construction and building development stakeholders from around the Upper Midwest gathered in Minneapolis for the region's first Offsite Construction Summit on June 20, 2024. Representing every corner of Minnesota's offsite industry—from volumetric modular construction to design and engineering to precast concrete and facades—each attendee walked away with more connections and a greater understanding of what's possible with modular and offsite construction.
