Over 150 offsite construction industry professionals and potential end-users from Georgia and around the East Coast gathered in Atlanta for the second Offsite Construction Summit of 2025. With the opportunity to connect with industry leaders, expert speakers, state and local government officials, and exhibitors from every corner of the industry—plus an offsite factory tour, courtesy of ReSIA Manufacturing—each attendee walked away with a knowledge, leads, and a greater understanding of this dynamic industry.

The Offsite Construction Summit in Atlanta offfered numerous opportunities to network and meet industry peers.
Mitch Sklar from ReSIA Manufacturing presented a blend of digital coordination strategies, real-world case studies, and material innovations.
Over the course of the day, seven speakers presented the latest offsite industry trends, data, and case studies.
Affinity Modular, Century Fire Protection, and Home Depot Pro were among the two dozen exhibitors at the Atlanta Summit.
Dave Sikora from the Modular Building Institute speaks with attendees.
With exhibitor space at a premium, all attendees had the opportunity to make connections and generate business.
Dedicated networking time was offered at the beginning and end of the day, plus during lunch.
Kelly Williams from Impact Housing spoke about the potential of modular construction in the build-for-rent market.
Following the Summit, small groups of attendees were guided through the ReSIA Manufacturing factory.
