NVIDIA's next generation Vera Rubin platform pushes rack power well beyond 100 kW, requires liquid cooling at the chip, and places new demands on equipment height and weight that most buildings were never designed for. For owners racing to bring AI capacity online, the bottleneck is no longer just the chips. It is the building, the cooling, and the time it takes to deliver power to the rack. Sengul Topuz, Director of Engineering at Compu Dynamics Modular (CDM), will take attendees inside the module to show how these requirements are reshaping modular data center design. Modern Methods & Strategies That Are Improving Healthcare Construction Â

Healthcare owners are under pressure to add behavioral health and ambulatory capacity quickly, often with tight public funding timelines and on occupied or constrained sites. Offsite construction can help, but only when design, engineering, and manufacturing are coordinated from day one instead of added after the drawings are done. Grant Geiger, M. Eng., Founder and CEO of EIR Healthcare, will explain how a modular integrator model handles this. It means locking design and engineering before fabrication starts; using a digital twin to coordinate owners, architects, and factories; and relying on factory QA to make cost and schedule more predictable.
